Physician Referral

The Professionals at the Sanford Sleep Disorders Center can help you determine the best method of treatment for your patients.

The evaluation and management process includes:

  • Initial consultation with one of our center physicians.
  • Scheduling a sleep study for evaluation and treatment options (if necessary).
  • Follow up appointment to discuss results.
  • Treatment and follow up education.
  • Equipment consultation (if necessary).
  • Ongoing care to ensure adherence to treatment.

All referring physicians will receive a copy of their patients' report and the Center can make recommendations or follow the patient.
