| We offer a variety of perinatal and neonatal topics that can be presented by our Maternal-Fetal specialist(s) or Neonatologist(s) upon request. We also coordinate maternal and neonatal case conferences that can be presented at your facility or via our telemedicine videoconferencing. Our certified nurse practitioners provide NRP certification and recertification upon request and also provide STABLE classes. There are no fees for our lectures or classes. The Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) course, developed jointly by the The S.T.A.B.L.E. Program is the first neonatal continuing education program to focus exclusively on the post-resuscitation/pre-transport stabilization care of sick newborns. How is the program administered? The S.T.A.B.L.E. Program involves an eight-hour interactive didactic presentation by our neonatal certified nurse practitioners. Who should take the S.T.A.B.L.E. Program Learner Course? Any health caregiver involved with post-resuscitation and/or pre-transport care of sick newborns: Physicians: Pediatric, ER and family practice physicians including residents Nurses: RNs working in L&D, postpartum, nursery, ER, Nurse midwives; LPNs and nursing assistants Others: Respiratory therapists, Pre-hospital providers EMTs, Paramedics This is an 8 hour class which does offer nursing CEUs and CMEs for physicians who attend. Cardiac Module Class provides general guidelines for the assessment and stabilizations of neonates with suspected congenital heart disease (CHD). This didactic/interactive module is presented in 4 hours by our neonatal certified nurse practitioners. This class does offer nursing CEUs and CMEs for physicians who attend.
