Social-emotional staff are available to observe a child care environment and make suggestions regarding a child’s individual needs. By combining our knowledge of temperament and using social-emotional tools and resources we can try to encourage more positive behaviors in children in child care programs. Together caregivers and parents create an action plan to support the individual child’s needs. Follow up services to check on progress and changes are also provided.
