Project 8 Governor's Car Seat Program

Project 8's goal is to keep kids safe by making sure they are in the best child seat for their height and weight.  Kids should remain in a car seat until they are at least 8 years old because it is at this age that children often reach 4'9" and weigh more than 80 lbs.

Income eligible families can receive free child seats through the Project 8 program with proof of eligibility.
