Family Child Care

Family child care providers have the unique opportunity of caring for young children while in their own home. The atmosphere of family child care is very different than that of center-based care.  Therefore, CHILD Services has developed classes specifically designed for family child care providers to address topics that are unique to these providers.  Classes are designed for family childcare providers in each stage of their professional development.

Trainings:

  • Core: Those who have just recently began child care within their home.

  • Basic: Those who have been providing child care in their home for 2-5 years.

  • Advanced: Those who have been providing child care in their home for 5+ years.
