As the community outreach arm of Sanford Children’s, CHILD Services’ staff is able to connect the many resources of Sanford Children’s and the community together to meet the needs of children and families. Sanford Children’s CHILD Services, with support from Kohl’s Care’s for Kids, has developed a curriculum for child care providers and a curriculum for parents. This curriculum is a series of 4 classes that help educate child care providers and parents on the importance of promoting movement and healthy eating habits with children.
