Sanford recognizes the importance of an integrated approach to healthcare, which is the driving force behind the Van Demark Building on the campus of Sanford USD Medical Center. The Van Demark Building houses orthopedic, rehabilitation, and neuroscience physicians in the same facility as various therapists and diagnostic equipment.

In addition to physicians, therapists and diagnostic testing, this facility offers specialized equipment, such as braces and other support mechanisms. The Van Demark Building provides a multitude of specialized therapies and clinics as they relate to orthopedics and the neurosciences.
